Energy Circles

Have you heard of “The Secret” or the “Law of Attraction?” Energy Circles use the same principle to create our heart’s desire. 

All one has to do is, with intention, stand and with the hand create a circle of energy on the floor out in front of yourself. Then start thinking of all aspects of what you intend to create. 

With each thought (which is energy), put that into the energy circle of your creation. As you build this up, your energy rises with excitement! That’s when creation is at its greatest! 

When you feel complete, which will be about fifteen to twenty seconds, jump into the middle of the circle, anchor your thought forms into your body by patting it with the hands starting at the feet and work your way up to the top of your head. At that point, release it into the universe for manifestation with arms outstretched toward the sky and then cross your arms across your heart in appreciation. It is done! 

Do this on a daily basis until your creation is here in physical manifestation.

Are you Attached to Your Creations?

Being that you are focused in this physical reality, do not become attached to what you have already created because you can create something else just as easily. 

We can become attached to what already is by our beliefs, thinking we cannot create nor have something else. Instead, concentrate upon what you want and allow it. 

Some of our creations can change in the blink of an eye when we change our perceptions about it. It is a reflection of our belief, or in other words, what we expect. Even when someone else is involved, they are playing a role in our world based on our beliefs.

Abundance & Gratitude

We constantly have an abundance of whatever we believe we deserve. With gratitude for all of life's gifts, we will see abundance in our lives!

Think about it! The universe is abundant with so many things it boggles the mind. To start with, think about how many stars are in the night sky; or, how about the grains of sand are on the beaches and the ocean floor. Then there are earth's trees, blades of grass, or drops of water to consider. Even the amount of people living on the earth is mind boggling to me.


As we've learned from quantum physics, it's all energy. The energy is either a particle or a wave depending on our focus. When we are not focused, the energy is a wave. When we do focus our thoughts, the energy turns into a particle and a creation is born. That's why when we think about something we want, if we don't have limiting beliefs about having it, we will manifest it in our reality.


Some things I have focused on and made a reality in my life are my two kids. I wanted a daughter with red hair and I got one. I wanted a son with brown eyes and either blond or dark brown hair. I couldn't decide which. My son has brown eyes, he had blond hair as a child, and now as an adult, his hair is dark brown. Thinking back on it, it seems like magic and really, it is. We just need to believe. Remember the Dr. Wayne W. Dyer quote, "I'll see it when I believe it".
